Tools You May Need
To create a PDF File, you can download “Open Office” which is free software that will turn any doc file into a PDF file. To Open PDF Files, you need to have a PDF reader. Click here to download if you need one. If your media player will not play flash videos, download the free flash player.

You probably already have this on your computer, so all you’ll likely need to do is locate the downloaded file on your computer and “right click” the file and select “Extract all” to unzip the files.
